This is a VERY detailed review of Le Blanc Cabo.
TLDR: Must book if its in your budget!

Our check in process was quick and efficient. The lobby smells INCREDIBLE! We did get passed off to the lady who tried to get us to sign up for the membership breakfast but they were not overly pushy and easy to say no to.

We stayed in an Oceanview Honeymoon suite. It had SO. MUCH. STORAGE! Room was beautiful. Smelled great. We were in room 951, which had a beautiful balcony view. Also – this is the first resort I’ve ever seen with a ceiling fan in the room, which we loved. Another touch I’ve never seen before was a full-sized hamper in the bathroom! I loved this so much so the room stayed tidy instead of having towels and washcloths hanging everywhere. Some people have complained about the road noise from their rooms. We did not find this to be the case at all. Unfortunately, we were right by the ice machine and the service elevator so we could hear the door slamming all night. If you’re a light sleeper – might consider a sound machine or request a room away from the ice machine.
A butler team is assigned to your room. We communicated with them via WhatsApp and it was super easy. We were able to arrange complementary aromatherapy, ask for reservations for activities and restaurants, and they came to us to arrange the luggage pick up before check out.
The food was really really good – and I have super high standards! Unfortunately, we didn’t try Habibi, Lumiere, or Yama. Some standouts for us include chicken marsala at Bella, Octopus at Ocean (only on the dinner menu – lunch was subpar), Bailey’s ice cream at Blanc, Fish with creamy rice at Ocean, Pepperoni pizza at Blanc Pizza, Shrimp skewers at Blanc (which are called teriyaki on the menu but they are actually just heavily seasoned with a sort of Cajun seasoning).

Room service and breakfast buffet were fine. Nothing special, but I don’t get too excited about breakfast typically anyway.
Would pass on the Grill Fest dinner. The music was good but it was loud. You had to sit at communal tables with strangers. This was the only time we got neglectful service (I never did receive my drink). Most importantly the food was extremely overcooked and dry. We left and went to Bella, thanks to our Butler getting us a quick reservation.
Also on the note of food, my SIL has a severe gluten and dairy allergy and LeBlanc was incredible at accommodating here. Each server knew what her options were. They brought her gluten free dairy free bread at each meal – a real rarity and treat for her! This is the first time we’ve traveled together where she wasn’t limited to a salad or a burger with no bun. They even made her TWO gluten free dairy free cakes! Phenomenal experience in that regard.
Drinks here were also very good. We’re not tequila drinkers so we didn’t get to try a lot of their specialty drinks. We liked the mango daquiris but weren’t fans of the strawberry syrup they used. Unfortunately none of the bars had fresh fruit to use in drinks, but they were overall very good. The mint and basil for mojitos were fresh at all bars. If you like basil, go to the lobby bar 9-3 to have Senan make you a mojito but with basil instead of mint. It was so light and refreshing! I had him make me 2 at a time to take down to the pool with us.
We only tried the house wines once each. The reds weren’t great, but they weren’t bad either. We have been to resorts where the wine was undrinkable. That was not the case here. Also, the sauvignon blanc was pretty decent too.

We listened to live music one night at fire bar, which is a beautiful venue. It was also fun that the band at the pool performs on the roof of the swim up bar, Eclipse. Due to the time change and the fact that we’re already early risers, that was unfortunately all of the entertainment we got to experience.
Service everywhere we went was overall outstanding. This, again, was the first resort we’ve ever stayed at where I never felt like I wanted for anything. Even if I did think of something I wanted, there were employees everywhere checking in to help. They also seemed happy to do it and not put out at all.
The beach is a bit of a coarse sand. Our barefoot beach walk made my arches tender. The sound of the waves was relaxing and we had great beach service so we never had to leave our chairs.
Speaking of chairs, the chair game is real at Le Blanc Cabo! I got down at 8:30 one morning and every chair at the infinity pool was taken already. We were able to get one of the free wooded cabanas by another pool but that wasn’t where we wanted to sit.
We had unusually cool weather during our trip and were grateful for the 2 heated pools. If not, we probably wouldn’t have swam at all. The Jacuzzis were packed with people so we never got to experience those. We found pool-side service to be good, but beach service was great!
If I’m being picky, I did feel like the décor and design of the resort felt a bit cold. I get that the resort has “blanc” in its name – and all of the structures were made of marble and stone and metal to stay with the theme – but I felt like it could use some rope, some white linen, some tropical wood to add some luxurious texture. We really could have been anywhere in the world with an ocean and you would not have known the difference.
Overall, this was a phenomenal resort experience with amazing service. Would 10/10 recommend.
